Stoke-on-Trent — Six Towns, One City, and a Strong Sense of Home
Stoke is not like other cities. It's really six towns — Hanley, Burslem, Fenton, Longton, Tunstall, and Stoke itself — that were merged together and have never quite felt like one place. Families here are proud of which town they're from, not just the city. Carmountside Crematorium is the one we cover most often, serving the whole area. We've also done services in churches scattered across the towns, and at venues out into the Staffordshire countryside.
