These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any booking made with Funeral Live Streams, operated by AllansonMedia ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Funeral Live Streams provides professional live streaming of funeral and memorial services across the UK. This includes setup of camera and audio equipment at the venue, a real-time HD live stream broadcast to a private secure link, and a digital recording delivered after the service.
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the date, venue, and price with you by phone, email, or WhatsApp. A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due within 7 days after the service.
We recommend contacting us as early as possible, though we do our best to accommodate short-notice requests. Availability cannot be guaranteed until we confirm in writing.
Current prices are available on our Prices & Packages page. All prices quoted are inclusive of travel within our standard service area. For venues outside our standard coverage area, an additional travel charge may apply — this will always be agreed in advance.
Payment is due within 7 days of the service being completed. We accept bank transfer (BACS). Invoice details will be provided after the service. We do not currently accept card payments.
We understand that circumstances surrounding funerals can change at short notice. If you need to cancel a booking:
We use professional 4G/5G bonded equipment that does not rely on venue Wi-Fi. We record every service in full. In the rare event of a live stream interruption beyond our control, the complete recording will be uploaded and made available to the family as soon as possible after the service. No refund is due in these circumstances.
A private, secure viewing link and digital recording are included with every booking. Links are private and intended for personal family use only. You must not publicly redistribute or commercially use the recording without our written consent.
Our operator will always act discreetly and respectfully at all venues. We liaise with the funeral director and venue staff before the service begins. We ask that families make the venue aware that live streaming has been booked so we can set up with appropriate access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the fee paid for that booking. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
